I went home last week for my sister's wedding (pictures forthcoming) and managed to be around Southeastern Wisconsin when tornado-force winds ripped through.  Our place was okay, but a bunch of neighbors had some giant trees come down.  We were without running water and cable and electric for almost two days -- it was like camping in my parents' house...

A highlight: when the storm came through, I was at a bar with a bunch of friends (not pictured: Ryan, John and Jim who smartly left before the sky turned completely black.)  At the bar, they announced the evacuation plan should it become necessary -- then announced that while the rain came down, Miller High Life drafts were only $2.  Cheers! Only in Milwaukee...
